PRICES FOR 2012
The prices are shown in Euros. Payment in Sterling will be at the Bank of England exchange rate on the date your booking is confirmed.
Low Season (1 - 30 April and 1 - 31 October): €1000 per week (plus additional heating cost if required)
Mid Season (1 May - 30 June and 1 September - 30 September): €1250 per week
High Season (1 July - 31 August): €1500 per week

 The grey shading indicates when the house is unavailable for rent. | We try to be flexible with the changeover day although in High Season this is normally Saturday. A non-refundable 25% deposit is required when you book and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to your holiday start date. A security deposit of €300 is payable when you arrive and will be returned to you once the house has been checked before your departure assuming there's no damage. Alternatively, if you're paying in Sterling you can add £300 to your final payment and we'll refund this in full after the house has been checked, again assuming there's no damage. We ask that you arrive no earlier than 16:00 and leave by 10:00 on your last day.
